Since 2019, we have focused on creating an algorithm to project wine's position in the new economic, social, and cultural scenarios.
Researching the global wine industry, we divided the plethora of news and statistical data into six distinct categories: market, products, generational aspects, influencers, cultural aspects, and others (history, landscape, tourism, and cuisine). The outcome of this differentiation is an algorithm to determine the state of wine civilization based on its identity and market values, which we present in Table 6.0 Wine Civilization Algorithm: Identity Values vs. Market.
